Job summary

Northeast Community Clinic seeks an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee operations, finances, and patient care across its sites. You will implement efficiencies, manage staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive access and satisfaction for patients.

The role requires on-site leadership, strong communication, payer program knowledge, and travel between facilities. Schedule is Mon–Fri, with after-hours availability for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinic business management, financial management, operations, and facility management.
• Knowledge of Medi-Cal, Medicare, MHLA, CHDP, CPSP, and Family PACT.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• English language required; able to travel 10%.

Responsibilities

• Achieve financially successful and net revenue positive overseen clinic(s).
• Meet or outperform clinic(s)' business, productivity and financial goals.
• Meet or outperform revenue and expenditure budget targets.
• Lead and manage clinic staff, credentialing and performance.
• Ensure licensing, certification and regulatory compliance of sites.
