Job summary

Balance Health is a premier physician practice providing podiatry, orthopedic, and physical therapy services with operational support to deliver exceptional patient care in Southern California.

The Clinic Supervisor partners with physicians and the team to manage the full range of office supervision and administrative duties, ensuring a positive patient experience and a smooth workflow within the practice.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience supervising healthcare office operations and staff.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work with physicians and teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations for assigned practice locations under VP of Operations guidance.
• Directly supervise medical office team, hire, train, and coach staff.
• Ensure accuracy of timecards and payroll approval; perform timely staff evaluations.
• Collaborate with team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and patient experience.
• Coordinate doctor and office schedules, and develop standardized work processes.
• Maintain office policies; ensure compliance and renew licenses as needed.
