Qualifications

• Current BCLS Certification.
• Two years of management experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Clinical operations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinical operations and staff scheduling to maintain high-quality patient care.
• Partner with physicians and leadership to meet patient care standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain infection control, safety, and compliance with quality standards.
• Mentor and develop teammates, provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Drive operational improvements and fiscal stewardship in a high-volume environment.
