Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Associate Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Business, or Public Administration with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• BLS Certification, ability to respond to medical emergencies (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily clinical operations, optimizing provider schedules and patient flow.
• Monitor visit types and coordinate team huddles to close care gaps.
• Oversee safety standards (OSHA, HIPAA, CLIA) and readiness for emergencies and drills.
• Reconcile daily collections and close billing days, managing petty cash.
• Audit scheduling, coverage, interpreter/transportation needs, and room availability.
• Lead regulatory compliance efforts and monitor quality dashboards.
• Manage patient onboarding, portal use, and patient education.
