Qualifications

• Two years nursing experience; supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Licensed RN in Texas; BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze problems, make decisions and manage conflicts.
• Excellent customer service and patient-care focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to nursing staff and ensure quality patient care.
• Manage staffing levels and resources to meet provider and patient needs.
• Coach, motivate, train, and develop clinical employees.
• Collaborate with Clinic Manager, physicians, staff, and patients to ensure satisfaction and efficiency.
• Maintain compliance, confidentiality, and alignment with the organization's mission.
• Attend Nursing Ops meetings and participate in sub-committees as needed.
