Job summary

Summit Spine and Joint Centers seeks an Assistant Manager, Clinical Operations to oversee day-to-day clinic and ASC operations across Charleston and Myrtle Beach locations. You will implement goals, policies, and processes, and coordinate with physicians and administration to support patient care and efficiency.

• Leadership and staff management experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to train and mentor staff; strong problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general clinic and staff operations across locations.
• Implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems for the department.
• Project manage initiatives to improve processes and P&L outcomes.
• Serve as liaison between leadership and employees; promote performance improvement.
• Coordinate with HR and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing.
