Job summary

You will collaborate with physicians, APPs and nursing teams, monitor performance metrics, and support process standardization while upholding patient care standards across the division.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative operations of the Thoracic Surgery practice, ensuring clinic efficiency.
• Monitor staffing levels and workflow to provide appropriate coverage across front desk and scheduling.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement workflow improvements to enhance access and productivity.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to support operations and care continuity.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
