Qualifications

• Supervisory experience including recruitment, performance appraisal, expectations, discipline and training.
• Ability to analyze procedures to define objectives and identify patterns.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel for documentation and reporting.
• Interpersonal skills to foster cooperative relationships with diverse staff and clinicians.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Experience with scheduling/registration systems and staff training.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between staff, providers, and leadership.
• Oversee inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships for a well-equipped clinic.
• Manage budgets, billing, and revenue cycle processes; monitor copays.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and UCLA Health standards; lead quality initiatives.
• Champion outstanding patient service and address concerns promptly.
• Hire, train and mentor front and back-office staff; foster a positive culture.
• Oversee daily clinic operations, patient flow, scheduling, and staff coordination.
