Job summary

IU Health is seeking a Supervisor – Clinic to oversee daily operations across patient services, staff supervision, and financial management, ensuring service excellence and efficient operations. You will collaborate with staff, physicians, and administration to deliver high-quality care.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to plan resources, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining compliance and patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Associate's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to plan and manage the utilization of resources.
• Ability to facilitate and lead work groups.
• Ability to interpret and apply the organization policies and procedures.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to promote teamwork and build effective relationships.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and meet objectives.
• A high level of interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Prepares as necessary and assigned, written reports and proposals, and other documents.
