Indiana University Health in Indiana is seeking a Clinic Manager- Primary Care to lead operations, shape strategic initiatives, and build high performing teams within our Primary Care leadership group.

You will assist the Senior Leader in planning, directing and overseeing day-to-day operations, financial management, and service delivery, ensuring care excellence and smooth collaboration among staff, physicians, and administration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required; BA in related field preferred.
4–6 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of business applications.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to lead multiple projects with timely results.
Maintains compliance with policies and Code of Conduct.

Responsabilités

Assists the Senior Leader in planning, directing and overall operations within their areas of responsibility.
Manages development, implementation and performance outcomes to improve efficiency of responsible service lines.
Oversees day-to-day supervision in assigned patient services areas, financial management and facility adequacy.
Maintains optimal communication and collaboration between practice staff, physicians, administration, external customers and appropriate health system staff.
