Job summary

Community Medical Centers is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily clinic operations at the Vacaville site. This on-site role provides leadership to staff to ensure compliant, high-quality patient care and efficient clinic services.

The position requires at least a high school diploma and 2+ years of supervisor experience in a clinic setting, with BLS certification preferred. Strong leadership and collaboration with healthcare teams are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of clinic/outpatient experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor.
• BLS certification required or ability to obtain BLS.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Ability to supervise and motivate staff.
• FQHC/Clinic management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, billing, staff management, and patient flow.
• Resolve patient issues or complaints.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure quality care.
• Implement and monitor policies and procedures for efficient care.
• Develop and maintain records of clinic performance.
• Establish relationships with other providers and community organizations.
• Develop and implement quality improvement plans.
• Supervise leads and staff; manage time, attendance, and evaluations.
