Job summary

Midwest ENT is seeking a Clinic Office Assistant to support five clinic locations in Minnesota. The role focuses on maintaining sterile instrument processes, inventory, and professional communication with physicians and patients.

Required high school diploma, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel. CNA and CPR certifications, plus nursing assistant experience are preferred. Flexible to full-time or part-time schedules with a patient-centered team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness and ability to work and travel between all five clinic locations.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (preferred).
• CPR Certification (preferred).
• 1+ year of Nursing Assistant experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the sterilization of instruments for clinic procedures.
• Responsible for the changeover of frequently used clinical areas and ensures each room is replenished with supplies.
• Maintains an extensive inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Communicates effectively and professionally with physicians, administration, supervisors, co-workers, and patients.
• Manage documents and materials in compliance with HIPAA and biohazard safety standards.
• Assists in observing patient condition and immediately communicates changes/concerns to Physician or Nurse Lead.
• Other duties as assigned
