RemX is seeking a Clinic Team Lead to drive performance and excellence in patient care and operations. The role focuses on on-site leadership, budget and staffing oversight, and coordinating with leadership to sustain a top-notch clinic environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of clinic lead experience, a VA CMA license, CPR certification, and comfort with travel. Dermatology/Mohs exposure is a plus, with strong EMR and MS Office capabilities to support efficient workflows.

Formación

• 2+ years of clinic lead or supervisory experience.
• Active Certified Medical Assistant license for VA.
• Dermatology or Mohs surgery experience highly preferred.
• Active CPR Certification.
• Must be able to travel as needed.
• Proficiency with EMR and MS Office.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work well both individually and as part of a team.
• Ability to contribute to high levels of operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise clinic operations including budget and staffing.
• Assist with employee recruitment, selection, and hiring.
• Supervise staff performance.
• Ensure all messages, faxes, and interdepartmental mail are addressed immediately.
• Provide new employee orientation and training where applicable.
• Acts as mentor and subject matter expert for policies and procedures.
• Responsible for medical assistant and receptionist duties as needed.
• Attain prior authorizations and maintain a system to track from start to finish.
• May be needed to supervise and travel to local additional clinics as needed.
