Qualifications

• Two years of patient care experience.

• Willing to travel between multiple sites if needed.
• BLS Certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical workflows under the Practice Manager.
• Mentor Medical Assistants and staff to ensure quality care.
• Take vitals, prepare patients for exams, and assist with meds.
• Coordinate staffing and training for MA team.
• Manage inventory and supplies for the clinic.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and handle medical records requests.
• Improve patient flow and satisfaction; escalate as needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment and assist with other duties.
