Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or GED (Required).
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and currently licensed as a LPN in the State of Ohio.
• Basic computer skills; 2–3 years experience working in a physician office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all office clinics and testing, collaborating with physicians and directing patient flow.
• Supervise a caseload of patients by physician assignment; coordinate follow-up for labs, diagnostics, and visits.
• Monitor and track CareConnect clinical reports to improve quality and outcomes; manage referrals, pre-certifications, and calls.
