Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Clinic LPN to provide patient-centered nursing care in an outpatient clinic setting. You will take vital signs, perform health histories, administer immunizations, and assist with care coordination under supervision.

The role requires an ND or compact LPN license, CPR during orientation, and prior clinic experience. Strong documentation and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced ambulatory environment.

Qualifications

• Current or temporary LPN license in ND or compact LPN licensure.
• CPR required within orientation period.
• One year or more of LPN experience preferred.
• Clinic experience preferred.
• Coding experience preferred.
• May require travel to satellites.
• Computer use.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient intake procedures including vital signs, health histories, medication reconciliation, and preparation for provider assessments.
• Administer immunizations, medications, and treatments as delegated and in accordance with licensure, clinic protocols, and patient safety standards.
• Complete point of care testing, collect and package laboratory specimens, and ensure accurate documentation and timely transport.
• Support care coordination by communicating patient needs, assisting with follow up instructions, and reinforcing provider education.
• Maintain clean, organized clinical areas and ensure equipment, supplies, and exam rooms are prepared for patient care.
• Utilize electronic health record systems to document care, manage task lists, and support efficient clinic workflows.
