Neko Health is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead a Washington, DC on-site clinic, owning daily operations, staffing, inventory, facilities, and budget accountability while partnering with medical leadership on quality and team performance.

You will drive workflows and SOPs that scale as we grow, ensuring a stellar member experience and strong operational reliability. This role requires clinic management expertise and data-driven leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinic or practice management experience with single-site ownership.
• Experience building or stabilizing operating systems during periods of change.
• Active BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own on-site clinic operations, staffing, scheduling, inventory, facilities, and budget.
• Partner with medical leadership on clinical quality and team performance.
• Develop workflows and SOPs to scale as the clinic grows.
• Manage incident reporting, risk management, and HIPAA compliance.
• Ensure exceptional member experience and monitor CSAT/NPS.
