United Allergy Services is seeking an Account Manager in Little Rock, AR to establish productive relationships with providers and lead clinic operations. You will drive productivity and revenue, manage cases, and coordinate process improvements with leadership.

The role includes staffing coverage, onboarding of new hires, and close collaboration with physicians and the Sales team to ensure successful implementations.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with providers and ensure UAS operations run optimally within clinics.
• Lead clinic operations with regular visits to staff and providers; identify challenges and assist with overcoming them.
• Implement and meet strategic goals for clinic productivity and revenue; report results to leadership.
• Provide direct management to CAS-created cases; respond to escalated cases and drive CAS productivity.
• Identify clinics for process improvements (LIFTs) and conduct engagements to optimize workflows.
• Implement action items from business reviews in a timely manner.
• Ensure coverage for all clinics; supervise UAS labs as assigned; manage timecards and PTO.
• Recruit and train CAS staff; oversee 90-day onboarding and training paths for direct reports.
• Communicate process changes and staffing updates to physicians, contacts, and CASs as directed.
• Attend physician orientations; partner with Sales for high quality implementations; develop strong physician and staff relationships.
