Job summary

United Allergy Services is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to own a territory of partnered physician clinics, drive performance, and manage a regional P&L. You will train and supervise Clinical Allergy Specialists, and build strong relationships with physicians and clinic leadership.

This role requires proven leadership, healthcare interest, willingness to travel, and the ability to execute quarterly business plans. The position offers profit sharing and opportunities to scale nationwide.

Your results are measured, your upside is shared through profit share, and your ceiling is set by your own performance.
