My Access Medical Clinic seeks a Regional Clinic Manager to lead operational excellence across eight central Arkansas clinics. You will drive staffing, workflows, quality standards, and patient experiences while partnering with clinical teams and organization leaders.

This hybrid role requires in-person oversight with travel up to 50% within the region, plus a focus on performance metrics, reporting, onboarding, and staff development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations.
• Experience leading or managing teams or workflows.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and some overnight travel.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational processes including site reviews and staffing needs.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, and team education.
• Monitor performance metrics and address variability across clinics.
• Implement proactive management practices to anticipate issues.
• Ensure staffing and regional coverage and timely management reports.
