Job summary

Aspire Allergy & Sinus is seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to lead non-provider teams across multiple clinics in the Dallas area. You will drive clinic operations, enhance patient experience, grow revenue, and manage controllable costs in partnership with the VP of Operations and shared services.

The role requires hands-on leadership, data-driven decisions, and frequent travel between clinics to ensure consistent service quality and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive healthcare operations leadership with multi-location responsibility.
• Experience managing leaders and achieving results through others.
• Experience with labor management, forecasting, operating expense control, budgeting, and performance improvement.
• Experience working with practice management systems and EHR (NextGen, Epic or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead non-provider clinic teams and oversee daily operations to support patient care.
• Own operational and controllable financial performance with the VP of Operations.
• Translate financial goals into actionable priorities for clinic teams.
• Monitor budget vs forecast and implement corrective actions with regional leadership.
• Develop annual budgets, staffing plans, and performance targets.
• Manage staffing, overtime, time-off, and productivity based on demand and targets.
• Maintain controls over purchasing, supplies, inventory, and equipment.

Education
