Behavioral-Perspective-Inc. is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead the Springfield, IL clinic, overseeing day-to-day supervision of Behavior Technicians and coordinating with the Clinical Director and corporate office to deliver high-quality services. You will manage onboarding, performance reviews, BACB credential maintenance, training, and safety compliance while guiding clinic operations to improve efficiency, client outcomes, and staff engagement.

Qualifications

• Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure quality service delivery.
• Onboard new hires and conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain BACB credentials and supervise RBTs.
• Coordinate with Clinical Director and People Operations for staffing and policy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Interview and select BT candidates.
• Evaluate BTs and provide feedback.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training sessions.
• Monitor safety, HIPAA and confidentiality compliance.
