Job summary

Behavioral Perspective Inc. seeks a Clinic Manager to lead day-to-day supervision of Behavior Technicians at the Springfield clinic, ensuring high-quality services and compliant operations.

You will partner with Clinical Director and corporate office to improve efficiency and staff performance. Responsibilities include candidate selection, BT training, certification tracking, performance reviews, and collaboration with Clinical and Regional Directors.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Two+ years in supervisory or managerial role preferred.
• CPR and First Aid training required (training provided).
• QBS training required (training provided).
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview and participate in selecting Behavior Technician candidates.
• Evaluate BTs’ knowledge and competence to perform independent sessions.
• Observe sessions and provide feedback and support.
• Onboarding check-ins for new hires.
• Facilitate BACB certification and monthly supervision tracking.
• Collaborate with BTs on BACB status and requirements.
• Review scorecards and performance metrics with direct reports monthly.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Provide coaching and skill development for direct reports.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director, Regional Directors, and departments.
• Facilitate New Hire BT Training and policy adherence.
• Conduct competency assessments for consistent service delivery.
• Provide floor support including 1:1 overlaps/training.
• Address provider cancellations with Clinical Director.
• Develop training objectives with BCBA learners.
• Communicate training outcomes to supervising BCBA.
• Monitor BACB updates and changes.
• Partner with People Operations to meet staffing needs.
• Consult with People Operations on performance issues.
• Participate in Regional Success meetings.
• Provide ongoing job training (in-situ, Apple meeting).
• Prepare timely and accurate reports as requested.
• Attend recruiting/marketing events as requested.
• Maintain healthy, positive, and efficient environment.
• Ensure PHI HIPAA compliance and confidential records.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Serve as clinic Safety Coordinator and monitor safety.
• Track monthly, quarterly, and annual data via audits.
• Conduct clinic tours for clients/caregivers.
• Monitor budgets and clinic expenditures; inventory management.
• Ensure clinical teams have needed resources.
• Reconcile petty cash and weekly budgets.
• Assist with annual budget creation.
• Assist in clinical and operational workflow improvements.
• Maintain safe environment and teamwork.
