Job summary

Behavioral Perspective Inc. in Springfield, IL is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and supervise Behavior Technicians to deliver high-quality ABA services.

You will partner with the Clinical Director and People Operations to manage staffing, training, and performance, while ensuring compliance with BACB guidelines, HIPAA, and safety. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills in a busy clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
• Active RBT certification, required.
• Two or more years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferred.
• CPR and First Aid training, required.
• QBS training, required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Behavior Technicians daily to ensure high-quality service.
• Assist with interviewing and onboarding new BTs.
• Monitor RBT certification status and monthly supervision requirements.
• Coordinate scheduling with clinic leadership and regional directors.
• Manage clinic budgets and inventory of supplies.
• Track performance metrics and conduct monthly reviews.
• Ensure HIPAA compliant handling of PHI and client records.
• Serve as safety coordinator and enforce regulatory compliance.
• Provide staff coaching and professional development.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director to improve workflows.
