Job summary

U.M. FDSP Associates, a non-profit affiliate of the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, seeks a Clinic Coordinator to oversee day-to-day clinic operations, staff and resident coordination, and supply management.

You will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient operations and compliance with CDC infection control standards. The role involves supervising clinical and administrative staff, coordinating training programs for dental assistants and residents, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; dentistry specialization preferred.
• Five years as a clinical technician; coordination/clerical support experience advantageous.
• Applicable certifications or licensure in the specialty area as required by Maryland standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical and administrative patient, staff, faculty, and resident schedules.
• Support policies for patient services, inventory control, and equipment maintenance.
• Gathers data for the clinic operating budget design.
• Develop and deliver training programs for dental assisting students and recruitment.
