OneWorld Community Health Centers, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations at the Main Livestock Exchange Campus.

The role focuses on efficient clinic workflows, staff supervision, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping to support high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include coordinating with the ADOO on policies, attending staff meetings, and overseeing multiple departments to maintain smooth patient flow and timely service delivery in a busy community

Responsabilités

• Organizes and controls day-to-day activities to ensure effective, efficient, and secure operations.
• Under the direction of the ADOO, supervises service delivery in a fast-paced health center.
• Oversees direct supervision of an operations team including Patient Registration, Medical Records, Enrollment and Financial Services, and Support Services.
• Ensures staff keep accurate patient charts and databases.
• Leads workflow analyses and recommends improvements to clinic compliance and quality initiatives.
