Job summary

• Monitors patient flow activities.
• Monitors department metric performance.
• Assists in training, orientation and staff development.
• Assists with patient registration tasks when necessary.
• Provides training and mentoring to clinical staff and feedback for evaluations.
• Adapts communication to diverse patient populations and privacy standards.
• Performs other related duties as required.
