Responsibilities

• Manages systems and relationships to ensure quality care, safety, regulatory compliance and patient satisfaction.
• Determines appropriate staffing levels and oversees hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews with HR.
• Acts as liaison for system-wide information distribution and feedback.
• Monitors and distributes monthly or ad hoc operating reports to providers and leadership.
• Assists with growth through business planning and special projects.
• Manages the physical and technology infrastructure.
• Performs other related duties as required.
