Job summary

American College Health Association seeks an Office Manager for the Student Health Center in Malibu, CA. The role oversees daily office workflows, ensures smooth front-office operations, and delivers exceptional patient services within a Christian-aligned university setting.

Reporting to the Clinic Director, this position mentors student workers, prepares presentations, and maintains compliance with healthcare regulations while coordinating with the campus community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, organizational leadership, or related field plus 3 years of admin support.
• Experience providing administrative or executive support: calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing presentations.
• Ability to design training materials and mentor/supervise student workers or entry-level staff.
• High proficiency with Google Suite and learning medical practice management software/EHR platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication; handles sensitive patient interactions professionally.
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Ability to align administrative practices with the University's Christian mission.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily office workflows and provides comprehensive administrative execution.
• Serves as the logistical anchor of the clinic’s reception environment.
• Reports directly to the Clinic Director and supports clinic operations.
