Legacy Community Health in Houston is seeking a Director of Clinic Operations I to lead day-to-day operations across multiple clinics, drive strategic initiatives, and mentor practice managers toward measurable results. You’ll oversee budgeting, revenue cycle activities, and provider relations to ensure high‑quality patient care and financial health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience managing clinic operations.
• Master's degree, MBA or MHA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all practice sites.
• Involved in hiring processes and performance evaluations for managers.
• Coordinate with HR on disciplinary matters and policy enforcement.
• Ensure success of physicians and mid-level providers through collaboration.
• Review monthly financial and operational performance to identify improvements.
• Coordinate revenue cycle initiatives and annual budget development.
• Maintain communication with senior leadership and physicians.
