Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive clinical practice management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Management, or related field (or 10 years of progressive medical practice management experience in lieu).
• Willingness and ability to travel between organizational locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations across Union Hills and affiliated locations.
• Supervise staff, provide coaching, and support managers and teams as directed by the COO.
• Coordinate with Human Resources, billing, and leadership to resolve operational issues and advance priorities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures and consistent processes.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management activities.
