Job summary

Aspirus Wisconsin Rapids Hospital & Clinics is seeking a Director - Clinics to lead the CLINIC ADMINISTRATION team and oversee operations across multiple sites and specialties. You will work with the Regional Medical Director and boards to drive strategy, growth, and administrative excellence.

The role requires deep health administration experience, strong financial acumen, and a track record of building collaborative, high-performing teams in a complex health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health or Business Administration required; Master's preferred.
• Ten years' health administration experience with at least five years in clinic administration/operations preferred.
• Knowledge of finance and accounting principles and ability to analyze results.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and oversight for multiple clinic sites and specialties.
• Collaborate with physicians, managers, and boards to develop programs and growth strategies.
• Ensure adherence to administrative policies and financial controls across clinics.
