Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Director of Operations for Clinics in Benton, KY. This leadership role oversees multiple physician practice locations, ensuring efficient operations, financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care.

You will lead staffing, budgeting, and process improvements across clinics, partnering with executive leadership to drive growth and service excellence. Ideal candidates have five+ years in healthcare management, experience with EHR and practice

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field preferred (Can substitute with experience).
Minimum of five years of progressive healthcare management experience.
Experience managing multiple clinic locations, especially physician practices, preferred.

Responsibilities

Direct and oversee day-to-day operations of multiple clinic locations and satellite offices.
Standardize policies, procedures, and workflows across all clinics.
Monitor clinic productivity, patient flow, scheduling practices, and resource utilization.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement operational enhancements.
Recruit, hire, orient, train, and retain clinic personnel including some provider credentialing.
Manage staffing schedules and payroll oversight.
Develop and manage clinic operating budgets and monitor revenue cycle processes.
Promote excellent customer service and patient satisfaction; address patient concerns.
