Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational responsibility for multiple centers (4–10).
• Evaluate patient flow and utilization of resources.
• Monitor wait times and adjust workflows accordingly.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and business.
• Maintain high team morale and a professional atmosphere.
• Lead administrative meetings; counsel or terminate staff as needed.
• Own performance in patient experience, volume, finances, and service standards.
• Act as liaison between home office and center teams.
• Understand workflows of all positions and fill in when needed.
• Serve as SME for training and systems (UltiPro, DocuTAP, Healthstream).
• Implement Home Office policies and operational guidelines.
• Drive OccHealth sales and grassroots marketing with home office support.
