Job summary

Children's Clinic PC is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee clinical and administrative operations at the Newberg site. You will direct staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and process improvements to ensure safe, high-quality patient care and an outstanding patient/family experience.

The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians and leadership, staff education, and implementing systems that support efficient care delivery while upholding organizational standards and values.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in clinical and front desk settings.
• Experience implementing staff training programs.
• Strong understanding of quality improvement processes.
• Ability to develop and manage departmental budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical and front-end workflows to ensure efficient, safe patient care.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and budget planning for the clinic.
• Collaborate with Practice Managers on training, hiring and performance reviews.
• Monitor key clinical metrics and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain a positive work environment with open communication.
