Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires an Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years progressively responsible health care experience.
• Lead worker or supervisory experience preferred. Certified Medical Assisting background may be strongly preferred depending on clinic.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support clinic initiatives that fulfill strategic goals of LMG and Legacy Health.
• Direct supervision of all support staff and day-to-day operations of assigned areas.
• Provide coverage for the manager in their absence.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration with staff, physicians and other providers, Legacy departments and customers in problem solving and project management.
