Starling Diagnostics LLC in Bronx, NY seeks a full-time Clinic Operations Coordinator to support daily clinic operations on-site, Monday through Friday, with compensation of $21–$25 per hour and benefits including PTO and a 401(k).

You will coordinate with vendors, contractors, and insurers; maintain records, schedules, and documentation; assist staffing and workforce tasks; and help plan future clinic locations as the organization grows. A background check and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• Healthcare/administrative or coordination experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Support Operations Director with daily clinic operations.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and insurers; obtain quotes for supplies and services.
• Maintain operational records, trackers, schedules and documentation.
• Assist with staffing coordination and workforce-related administrative tasks.
• Escalate operational issues to leadership when needed.
