Job summary

Starling Diagnostics LLC in Bronx, NY is seeking a motivated Clinic Operations Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role with a Monday–Friday schedule. You will support the Operations Director with daily clinic operations, coordinate with vendors, contractors and insurers, and maintain records, schedules and documentation.

The position offers $21–$25 per hour, with PTO, a 401(k) and growth opportunities. Overtime is paid per applicable law, and you will have chances to expand your healthcare

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, operations, administrative, or coordination roles is a plus.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, insurance companies, and external partners; request and organize quotes for supplies, equipment, furniture, and services.
• Maintain operational records, trackers, schedules, and documentation; assist with staffing coordination and workforce-related administrative tasks.
• Assist with contractor documentation and routine administrative matters; support operational planning for future clinic locations; escalate issues as needed.

Starling Diagnostics LLC is seeking a motivated and organized full-time Clinic Operations Coordinator to join our growing healthcare clinic in Bronx, NY. This full-time opportunity offers $21 - $25 per hour, depending on experience, along with PTO, a 401(k), and growth opportunities. This is a full-time, primarily on-site position with a Monday - Friday schedule in Bronx, NY. All hours worked must be accurately recorded, and overtime will be paid in accordance with applicable law.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR CLINIC OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

As a Clinic Operations Coordinator, you will support the Operations Director with daily clinic operations and a variety of assigned projects that help keep the organization running efficiently. You will coordinate with vendors, contractors, insurance companies, and external partners while requesting and organizing quotes for supplies, equipment, furniture, and services. Throughout the day, you will maintain operational records, trackers, schedules, and documentation, assist with staffing coordination and workforce-related administrative tasks, and follow up on outstanding items to provide leadership with status updates. You will assist with contractor documentation and routine administrative matters, support operational planning and coordination for future clinic locations, and identify operational issues that should be escalated to the appropriate leader. As the organization continues to expand, you will have opportunities to develop your healthcare operations knowledge and take on additional responsibilities over time.
