Cape Fear Valley Health System's CFV Interventional Radiology Clinic in Fayetteville, North Carolina seeks a Clinic Manager to oversee operations including front desk, scheduling, nursing functions and staff management, ensuring smooth patient flow and compliant billing.

The role partners with providers, administration and the billing department to optimize office performance, manage budgets, supervise personnel, and coordinate patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required OR 8 years related experience
• 2 years healthcare management experience required
• Radiology/Interventional Radiology experience highly preferred
• 1 year supervisory and billing experience preferred
• Proficiency in English reading/writing/speaking
• Knowledge of CPT-4 and ICD-9 coding
• Leadership and organizational skills

Responsabilités

• Interview, hire and train, assess competency of employees
• Plan, assign, and direct work of employees
• Monitor productivity and appraise performance
• Address employee complaints and resolve problems
• Coordinate patient flow and office management
• Monitor Clinic Charge Master and CPT/ICD-9 coding for accuracy
• Maintain equipment and supplies
• Assist with budget development and monitoring
• Ensure accurate charging for patient services and interdepartmental charges
• Oversee scheduling and collaboration with physicians
