Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for department communications and internal coordination.
• Provide administrative support to department leadership and team members on various projects.
• Prepare, edit, and enhance presentations, reports, and other documents.
• Maintain department software, spreadsheets, filing systems, and dashboards for efficient operations.
• Coordinate meetings, trainings, logistics, and advisory board communications.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting and other departmental initiatives.
• Support community engagement activities with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Receive and distribute department deliveries and materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and recommend efficiencies.
• Travel within Missouri to support leadership meetings as needed.
