Job summary

Cuyuna Regional Medical Center (CRMC) seeks a Clinic Medical Lab Technician (MLT) to join the outpatient clinic lab team. You will analyze blood and fluids, operate lab instruments, report results, and support direct patient care through accurate testing and documentation.

The role covers satellite locations Breezy Point, Baxter, and Crosby—Super One—with 8–10 hour shifts; every other Saturday is required. CRMC offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• For CLIA: provide a copy of the highest diploma or degree attained.
• ASCP, NCA, or AMT certification within one year of hire.
• Associate Degree in Medical Technology for Clinical Laboratory Science.

Responsibilities

Role: Clinic Medical Lab Technician (MLT)

As a Clinic Medical Lab Technician, you will analyze blood and other body fluids to aid in diagnosis and treatment. Duties include ensuring accurate and efficient testing, maintaining specimen integrity, timely reporting of results, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to integrate lab findings into patient care. The role includes operating and troubleshooting laboratory equipment and maintaining quality control to ensure reliable test results. Tasks include complex technical work as well as routine maintenance and clerical responsibilities to keep the laboratory functioning smoothly.

In the Clinic Laboratory at CRMC, we focus on outpatient diagnostics, wellness screenings, and chronic disease monitoring to support primary care providers and specialists. We provide early detection, preventative screenings, and efficient lab workflows to support fast, reliable results that guide patient care.
