Qualifications

• Associate degree in Laboratory Science required.
• National certification for MLT/CLT or registry eligible.
• Registry eligible candidates must complete the examination within 12 months.
• If ND, must be licensed or provisional license by ND Board.
• Continuing education credits required for license/certifications.
• BLS certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Follows SOPs and ensures laboratory safety, quality and regulatory requirements are met.
• Serves as a laboratory resource to other healthcare personnel and collaborates across the enterprise.
• Demonstrates critical and independent judgment in decision-making and problem-solving.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
