Job summary

Cuyuna Regional Medical Center (CRMC) seeks a Clinic Medical Lab Technician (MLT) to join the outpatient clinic lab team. You will analyze blood and fluids, operate lab instruments, report results, and support direct patient care through accurate testing and documentation.

The role covers satellite locations Breezy Point, Baxter, and Crosby—Super One—with 8–10 hour shifts; every other Saturday is required. CRMC offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• For CLIA: provide a copy of the highest diploma or degree attained.
• ASCP, NCA, or AMT certification within one year of hire.
• Associate Degree in Medical Technology for Clinical Laboratory Science.

Responsibilities

• Analyze blood and body fluids to aid in diagnosis and treatment.
• Operate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment; maintain quality control.
• Report results timely and accurately to the care team.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate lab findings.
