Job summary

Indiana University Health seeks a Clinic Manager for Primary Care to lead operations, develop teams, and improve health outcomes. The role reports to the Practice Administrator and supports 17 direct reports in a fully onsite, Monday–Friday day shift.

Candidates may hold RN licenses and should have prior primary care leadership experience, strong project management, and a focus on service excellence across physician and staff teams within Indiana's largest health system.

Overview

Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Primary Care leadership team in the role of Clinic Manager.

Assists the Senior Leader in planning, directing and overall operations within their areas of responsibility. Manages the ongoing development, implementation and performance outcomes to improve efficiency of responsible service lines. Oversees the day to day supervision in assigned patient services areas, financial management and facility adequacy of their assigned areas. Maintains optimal communication and collaboration between practice staff, physicians, administration, external customers and appropriate health system staff to ensure service delivery that exceeds the needs and expectations of customer bases towards service excellence.

This is a fully onsite role Monday-Friday day shift. Candidates should have previous experience in primary care, previous leadership experience preferred. Open to individuals with RN licenses.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience is required. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Requires 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge in business applications.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely results.
• Maintains compliance standards in accordance with the Compliance policies and the Code of Conduct.
