Job summary

Indiana University Health in Indiana is seeking a Clinic Manager- Primary Care to lead operations, shape strategic initiatives, and build high performing teams within our Primary Care leadership group.

You will assist the Senior Leader in planning, directing and overseeing day-to-day operations, financial management, and service delivery, ensuring care excellence and smooth collaboration among staff, physicians, and administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required; BA in related field preferred.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of business applications.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to lead multiple projects with timely results.
• Maintains compliance with policies and Code of Conduct.

Responsibilities

Clinic Manager- Primary Care

Our leaders shape strategic initiatives, develop passionate teams, and work to improve health outcomes. Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Primary Care leadership team in the role of Clinic Manager.

Assists the Senior Leader in planning, directing and overall operations within their areas of responsibility. Manages the ongoing development, implementation and performance outcomes to improve efficiency of responsible service lines. Oversees the day to day supervision in assigned patient services areas, financial management and facility adequacy of their assigned areas. Maintains optimal communication and collaboration between practice staff, physicians, administration, external customers and appropriate health system staff to ensure service delivery that exceeds the needs and expectations of customer bases towards service excellence.

This is a fully onsite role Monday-Friday day shift.

Reports to: Practice Administrator

Direct Reports: 11

Key Relationships: Cardiology, OBGYN, Neurology

Candidate Qualifications

Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience is required. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Requires 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge in business applications.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely results.
• Maintains compliance standards in accordance with the Compliance policies and the Code of Conduct.
