Medcor is seeking a full-time EMT or Paramedic to serve as Clinic Manager at our construction-site clinic in Windsor, CO. The role is hands-on, supervising clinic operations, scheduling, and patient care at the worksite.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid EMT/Paramedic license with CPR/BLS, strong computer skills, EMR experience, and the ability to lift 50 lb. We offer competitive pay ($27-$32/hr), comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within a national health services company.

Qualificações

• Must hold EMT or Paramedic licensure
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR software
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive, outgoing personality and willingness to go above and beyond

Responsabilidades

• Administer and manage health service functions and daily clinic operations.
• Provide superior customer service to Medcor’s client and employees.
• Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses according to the Medcor Care Protocols.
• Build and maintain internal team relationships.
• Support onsite employee health and wellness efforts.
• Collaborate with client health, safety, environmental, HR and benefits professionals.
• Document and manage information using electronic medical records software.
• Conduct pre-employment and post-offer screenings.
• Perform PATs and case management.
• Maintain OSHA record-keeping.
