Medcor is seeking a full-time EMT or Paramedic to serve as Clinic Manager at the construction-site clinic in Umatilla, OR. Hours are 6am-6pm and may vary by client needs. Pay ranges from $27.00 to $30.00 per hour based on experience.

The role involves overseeing clinic workflows, scheduling, and operations, with collaboration across health, safety, HR, and benefits teams, and with Medcor leadership.

Formación

• Must be licensed EMT or Paramedic with current CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to lead and support a clinic team in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee clinic workflows, logistics and scheduling.
• Manage clinic operations and collaborate with client stakeholders and Medcor leadership.
• Perform patient care, case management, and OSHA record-keeping tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with external medical providers to ensure patient care excellence.
