Job summary

Medcor is seeking a full-time EMT or Paramedic to serve as the Clinic Manager at a construction site clinic in Del Valle, TX. The role requires overseeing clinic workflows, coordinating logistics, and providing high-quality patient care while working with client stakeholders.

Responsibilities include supervising clinic operations, managing documentation in EMR systems, handling pre-employment screenings, RTW program support, and adhering to OSHA recordkeeping.

Qualifications

• Valid licensure for the position and current CPR/BLS certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lb and work in a construction environment.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic workflows, logistics, and scheduling.
• Provide superior customer service to client and employees.
• Manage clinic operations in collaboration with client stakeholders and Medcor leadership.
• Document and manage information using EMR software.
• Conduct pre-employment screenings and Return to Work program support.
• Ensure OSHA recordkeeping and case management tasks.
