Job summary

Medcor is seeking a full-time EMT or Paramedic Clinic Manager in Brea, California. You will lead the occupational health clinic, provide hands-on patient care, and manage daily operations for a workplace setting with a Monday–Friday schedule and no regular weekends.

Qualifications

• Current EMT or Paramedic certification/licensure applicable to the position in California.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment, patient care, and emergency response skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using computers and electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Assess, triage, and treat workplace injuries and illnesses using evidence-based protocols.
• Respond to workplace medical emergencies with appropriate assessment, stabilization, and care.
• Provide first aid, injury management, and follow-up within scope of practice.
• Oversee clinic operations, scheduling, workflows, and admin tasks.
• Coordinate with client leadership and occupational health teams.
