Medcor is seeking a full-time EMT or Paramedic to serve as Clinic Manager at our Windsor, CO construction-site clinic. The role includes overseeing clinic operations, patient care, and coordination with health and safety teams.

Hours are Monday-Saturday 7:00am-5:00pm, with changes possible based on client needs. Pay rate ranges from $27.00 to $32.00 per hour and benefits are offered. Training and opportunities for growth are highlighted in Medcor's culture.

Qualifications

• Be able to lead and support a clinic team.
• Have valid EMT/Paramedic licensure and CPR/BLS.
• Strong computer and technology skills; familiarity with EMR software.
• Able to lift 50 lb and operate in a construction environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee clinic workflows, logistics and scheduling.
• Manage clinic operations and patient care at the site.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, HR and benefits.
• Document using EMR and maintain OSHA records.
